Ticketing built for student societies
More Students’ Unions run on Scope than any other platform in Ireland. BICS now recommends us to societies, and setting your soc up takes about two minutes.

This page is a design mockup, so nothing was actually sent.
Students’ Unions across the country run their ticketing on Scope. Your society gets the same platform, on the same terms.
Run the whole thing from your phone
Member sign-ups, payment, the guest list and the door, in one place the whole committee can see.
Ticket income goes to the society’s own account, about 36 hours after the event ends, without anyone collecting it personally first.
At the Freshers’ week stand they join and pay on a committee member’s phone, and your events run off that same list for the rest of the year.
Lost tickets, name changes and refunds come to our support team, at whatever hour a member sends them. That is hours back in the week for whoever would otherwise be answering.
Scan people in as they arrive, with a live count of who is in, on any committee member’s phone.
The account belongs to the society, not to whoever set it up. Next year’s committee inherits last year’s events and the member list, instead of starting from nothing because the login left with the outgoing treasurer.
A share of every booking fee is paid back to the society, as income the committee can spend or put towards a charity total. See how the donation model works
All of it is included on both pricing options. There is no upgrade tier, and nothing here is charged for separately.
Your events show up on the SU events site
Every union in that list runs its ticketing on us, and each one has an events site students already check. When your society puts an event on sale, it appears there beside the union’s own. You do not have to ask, and it costs the society nothing.

The SU events site
Society events are listed automatically once your college is on Scope.
Your own events site
For larger societies we build and host one on the society’s own domain, at our cost.
A link page
A free branded page listing everything you have on, for the link in your social bios.
How we give back and support societies
Our standard booking fee is 8% + 40c, paid by the member at checkout. Societies on Scope do not pay the standard rate. We give up a fifth of that fee, and you decide where it goes: off what your members pay, or to the society as income.
Scope earns the same 6% + 40c on both options. That share of the fee is ours to give up either way, and handing it to the society is how a committee ends up able to put on more than its budget would otherwise allow. No other ticketing platform in Ireland does it.
It comes off the booking fee, so every member pays less per ticket than they would anywhere else.
| Member pays | €11.00 |
| Society receives | €10.00 |
| Scope receives | €1.00 |
| Society earns | – |
Members pay the standard fee, and what we would have discounted is paid to the society instead, as income it can spend or give away.
| Member pays | €11.20 |
| Society receives | €10.00 |
| Scope receives | €1.00 |
| Society earns | +€0.20 / ticket |
Both figures are on a €10 ticket. The row that does not move is ours.
Put your own event in and see what the donation model returns.
On top of the €6,000 of ticket sales that goes to the society, and the €25 that lands after your first event.
If your society is fundraising this year, this can be an extra bit of help towards the total .
Members earn 2× RevPoints when they pay with Revolut Pay at checkout. The points come off their next ticket, and it costs the society nothing.
“Scope stood out to us because of their low service fees, which allowed us to keep our events as affordable as possible for students while maximising the money we raised for charity. They also supported us with promotion, and their ticket scanning system was seamless and incredibly easy to use.”
Their Take Me Out charity night raised €2,175.
One app for student events, built around the campus the student actually attends. Societies on Scope are on UniPass from the day it launches , with every event they already have listed carried over.
What committees ask us
Who actually pays the booking fee?
Your members do, at checkout, on both pricing options.
Our societies office controls our money
That is fine and it is common. Payouts go to whichever account your college nominates, including the societies office’s own account.
We mostly run free events
Then it costs you nothing. Free events carry no booking fee, and you still get a real RSVP list, a capacity cap and door scanning.
What happens at handover?
The account, the full event history and the member list pass to next year’s committee. Nothing leaves with whoever set it up.
What makes Scope different?
We have worked with Irish unions and societies for years, and it is the only thing we do. Most of what is on this page exists because a committee asked for it, from the handover to where the payouts go. A general ticketing platform has no reason to build any of that.
Ready when your committee is.
