UCC Students' Union launches uccsu.events with Scope Tickets

The new site puts every UCC Ents event in one calendar with ticketing built in. Scope runs the checkout, payouts and 24/7 support, and students who pay with Revolut Pay earn double RevPoints.

Cork, September 2026: UCC Students' Union (UCCSU) and Scope Tickets have launched uccsu.events, the new home of UCC Ents. Scope built the site and runs it. It brings the Ents calendar and ticketing together on the SU's own domain, and Scope's platform handles everything from the event listing to the ticket on a student's phone.

Every UCC Ents event now sits in one What's On calendar, from Freshers' Week and RAG Week to gigs, club nights and trad sessions. Listings come live from Scope's platform, so when the Ents crew creates an event, it appears on the site straight away.

Getting a ticket takes less than a minute. Students don't leave the site, and they don't need an account or an app. They can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Revolut Pay. The ticket arrives by email, ready to show on their phone at the door or add to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

Each event can have its own entry rules. Most UCC Ents events are for UCC students and some are open to all, and each event page makes that clear before anyone buys. Where a night allows guests, students add their friend's details at checkout.

If something goes wrong, help is on the site itself. The Scope chatbot connects students with Scope's support team at any hour. The team finds and resends missing tickets and sorts out purchase issues, so SU staff aren't left handling ticket queries.

Double RevPoints with Revolut Pay

Scope's checkout runs on Revolut, so UCC students who pay with Revolut Pay earn double RevPoints on their tickets. The offer applies on uccsu.events and on every other event sold through Scope.

Built for Students' Unions

UCCSU is one of nine Students' Unions that work with Scope, more than work with any other ticketing provider in Ireland.
